Mission Leadership

A lot of young leaders serve in the mission.  Zone, district and
Sister Training Leaders all help to move the work along.  They
help to make decisions, train fellow missionaries, and,
in the case of district leaders, even interview baptismal candidates.

These first two pictures show District Leaders and
Sister Training Leaders training for their responsibilities.

Once a month the Mission Leadership Council, composed
of the Assistants, Zone Leaders and Sister Training
Leaders, meets.  They help to set the direction of the
mission as well as get the messages that will guide the work
for the coming month.  They then share this information at
Zone Development Meeting.

Morning meetings.

We usually show pictures of giant pizzas at this point.  Perhaps
a better reflection of the day is what the room looks like
after everyone has gone to lunch.  Even with no one there
it's easy to tell there's been a lot of work going on.

Just before the afternoon meeting began.

It's a long day, but a lot is accomplished by these elders and
sisters who bless our mission with their service.
